Effective date: July 17, 2026
These terms govern the Tumoni $5 First Card Transaction Reward (the "Promotion"). The Promotion is offered by Tumoni, Inc. ("Tumoni," "we," "us"). Banking services are provided by TAB Bank, Member FDIC. The Tumoni Visa® Debit Card is issued by TAB Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Promotion is offered by Tumoni and is not a product or offer of TAB Bank or Visa.
Eligible customers will receive a one-time credit of $5.00 USD (the "Reward") to their Tumoni account after completing their first qualifying transaction with their Tumoni Visa Debit Card.
To receive the Reward, you must:
- Hold a Tumoni account in good standing;
- Have an activated Tumoni Visa Debit Card;
- Not have previously made any card transaction with a Tumoni card; and
- Complete a qualifying transaction before the Promotion ends (see Section 4).
The Reward is limited to one (1) per customer, regardless of the number of cards or accounts held.
A qualifying transaction is a purchase made with your Tumoni Visa Debit Card that posts and settles. The following do not qualify:
- Transactions that are declined, canceled, refunded, reversed, or disputed;
- ATM withdrawals, cash advances, and balance inquiries; and
- Transfers between Tumoni accounts.
The Promotion is limited to the first 1,000 eligible customers who complete a qualifying transaction. The Promotion ends when this limit is reached. Tumoni's records are final in determining whether the limit has been reached.
The Reward will be credited to your Tumoni account within two (2) business days after your qualifying transaction settles. Once credited, the Reward is part of your available account balance and may be used, sent, or withdrawn in accordance with your Tumoni Deposit Account Agreement.
Tumoni may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any change will not affect a Reward already credited to your account.
Tumoni may withhold or reverse a Reward, and may close the associated account, if we determine in our sole discretion that it was obtained through fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, manufactured or self-dealing transactions, the use of multiple or duplicate accounts, or any other violation of these terms or the Tumoni Deposit Account Agreement.
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to amounts received under the Promotion.
Your Tumoni account and card remain governed by the Tumoni Deposit Account Agreement, the Cardholder Agreement, and all other applicable agreements and disclosures available in the Tumoni Legal Center. If these Promotion terms conflict with those agreements with respect to the Promotion, these Promotion terms control as to the Promotion only.
