These terms govern the Tumoni $1 Starter Balance Program (the "Program"). The Program is offered by Tumoni, Inc. ("Tumoni," "we," "us"). Banking services are provided by TAB Bank, Member FDIC. The Program is offered by Tumoni and is not a product or offer of TAB Bank.
The Starter Balance lets you try sending money right away. Eligible new customers will receive a one-time credit of $1.00 USD (the "Starter Balance") to their Tumoni account. The Starter Balance is funded by Tumoni and credited automatically. No purchase, deposit, or other action is required beyond opening an account and completing identity verification.
To receive the Starter Balance, you must:
- Open a new Tumoni account during the Program period;
- Successfully complete Tumoni's identity verification process; and
- Not have previously held a Tumoni account.
The Starter Balance is limited to one (1) per customer. Only one Starter Balance will be credited per person, regardless of the number of accounts opened.
The Starter Balance will be credited to your Tumoni account within two (2) business days after your account is opened and identity verification is complete. Once credited, the Starter Balance is part of your available account balance and may be used, sent, or withdrawn in accordance with your Tumoni Deposit Account Agreement.
Tumoni may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any change will not affect a Starter Balance already credited to your account.
Tumoni may withhold or reverse a Starter Balance, and may close the associated account, if we determine in our sole discretion that it was obtained through fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, the use of multiple or duplicate accounts, or any other violation of these terms or the Tumoni Deposit Account Agreement.
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to amounts received under the Program.
Your Tumoni account remains governed by the Tumoni Deposit Account Agreement and all other applicable agreements and disclosures available in the Tumoni Legal Center. If these Program terms conflict with the Deposit Account Agreement with respect to the Program, these Program terms control as to the Program only.
